Project Arcturus cannot succeed without Padua's help.

I don't care what lengths you have to go to, Padua, to make this happen - but it absolutely *MUST* happen.  I cannot stress with enough importance how essential it is that this job becomes mine, and I urge you to use all the resources at your disposal to ensure that it does.  This may mean doing things that some men would find repugnant, but I have faith in your abilities.

Understand up front, however, that you may have to love some and kill others to see this through to completion, and that these are simply two of the lengths to which you may be asked to go.  If this is more than you feel that you can reasonably undertake, Padua, in no way will that reflect negatively upon you in my mind; I do realise that a lot is being asked of you in this situation.  But I need to know *now* if this is the case.  We can't have this thing backfire on us down the road, because (as you are undoubtedly aware) being the City of Redmond, Washington is crucial to the success of my plan for world domination.


Remember: there is tremendous risk involved - and this applies to both of us - but the reward will be far, far greater than any man is capable of imagining.  My promise to you of dominion over the Safeway shopping centre (including the Panera Bread franchise) for a successful completion of this mission remains steadfast, and my sincere wish is that this token helps you to find the courage in your heart to undertake this difficult journey.  Remember that you will not be alone in your endeavours.
